Run your franchise.Build a dynasty.Shape history.

The Commissioner’s Office is a new indie sports franchise simulation platform. First up: Front Office Baseball — a fictional baseball GM sim built for fast seasons, smart roster decisions, and league histories that grow with every save.

Built for saves that last.

The Commissioner’s Office is designed around the parts of sports sims that keep you advancing: clear decisions, believable roster movement, evolving teams, and history that gives every season context.

  • Platform

    Fast Franchise Loops

Advance seasons with momentum—clear beats, readable outcomes, and space to think between decisions.

  • Platform

    Decision-First Management

Roster moves, contracts, and staff choices that read as strategy—not buried admin.

  • Platform

    History That Accumulates

League memory that compounds: awards, records, and storylines that give every year context.

First game

First up: Front Office Baseball

Take over a fictional baseball franchise and guide it through drafts, trades, contracts, free agency, injuries, playoff races, award seasons, record chases, and Hall of Fame debates. The goal is depth without turning every night into an admin-heavy spreadsheet marathon.

Inside the Front Office

Product decision

Small league first. Better game first.

Front Office Baseball is starting with an 8-team fictional quick-start so the first playable version can be fast, readable, and replayable. Expansion can come later. The first priority is making the core franchise loop feel honest, sticky, and worth replaying.

Scouting report

What we’re building toward

Six focus areas—described like internal design notes, not trailer beats.

  • Run the Front Office

    01

Budgets, staffing, and organizational identity—run the club, not just the lineup card.

  • Build Through the Draft

    02

Prospect timelines and picks that can quietly reset—or cement—a franchise arc.

  • Make the Trade

    03

Deals with weight: risk, windows, and roster chapters you still talk about seasons later.

  • Win the Winter

    04

Contracts and free agency that make the cold months matter for contention cycles.

  • Track the Legends

    05

Awards, records, and Hall cases that turn long saves into something worth revisiting.

  • Shape the League

    06

Texture that evolves—so the league feels lived-in, not reset every October.

Alpha status

Early alpha consolidation

The build is playable internally. The current stage is about making that experience clearer, faster to read, more replayable, and ready for outside feedback — not shipping a launch date.

The core franchise loop is already in place across season simulation, playoffs, offseason decisions, drafts, trades, contracts, free agency, injuries, prospects, awards, records, and long-save history.

External playtesting comes when the build earns it — no fixed timeline. Joining the development list means development updates and possible future playtest invitations when outside feedback makes sense — not immediate access.

Follow the build

Front Office Baseball is in early alpha consolidation. Updates will focus on real progress as the build earns it: interface polish, franchise-loop tuning, curated screenshots, and playtest readiness.

What updates may cover

  • Alpha polish, feature progress, and interface decisions
  • Curated screenshots and roadmap thinking—not internal dumps
  • Playtest readiness and what outside feedback would need to look like

How to follow

X and Bluesky are for lighter build notes—screens, interface calls, and quick progress when there is something worth sharing.

The development list is for bigger project updates and possible future playtest invitations when outside feedback makes sense—not immediate access.
